I have two granddaughters, I'm a retired teacher.. I wrote this short e-novel (The Jewel by Penny Ward) twenty years ago... about a 16 year old lad left holding the baby. when his 15 year girlfriend leaves.. and how it affects his whole family... a sub-plot follows younger brother's coming out... all issues you want to be able to raise and discuss with your grandchildren. Available on amazon, or on any e-reader site, published by Fledgling Press last December ..I would love you to read it (it is VERY cheap and quick to read !) and perhaps be willing to discuss with me ways we can protect our grandchildren. it is simply written, ideal for maybe 14 years plus, boys and girls, and I would like it to be a way in talk with them.
