I found Harold Fry quite depressing but this one sounds far more interesting.

Harold Fry was a book I read through, really just to get the end and then thought I didn't think much of,so I think I will read reviews of Perfect before I buy.

I've read both books and actually enjoyed this one more than The Pilgrimage of Harold Fry. A really well-written and complex story with some fascinating and believable characters.

Those of you who enjoyed the Pilgrimage of Harold Fry book might like Rachel Joyce's second book :"Perfect".I came across it in a library (not in my home town) the other day , read the first two chapters and got really hooked.

In 1972 two seconds were added to time and during these seconds something life -changing happens to one ordinary family (I think it is an RTA).I am looking forward to getting hold of a copy and reading the rest.
