Book lights

I like to read early in the morning and don't want to disturb DH. Can anyone recommend a bright light to attach to my book. I find the ones from WHSmith are not strong enough.

DH uses a head light for this. As you say the clip on book lights are quiet dim.

I use the ones from Poundland, at that price you could use two!

They certainly are flimsy - one of mine was snapped in two by DGD.

Headlight is a great idea - I have one and had never thought of this use for it - I will give it a try.

I have a very good kindle cover which has a flip out light. It's good for reading under the bedclothes without disturbing DH.
