I don't belong to the book club on here but if I did it would definitely be the kindle. I don't really like proper books any more.

I have a Hudl, which I do read some books on, but also read hard copy books, usually bought in charity shops.

I have a Kobo. It's very handy when I don't want to carry a book with me.

Its Kindle all the way for me!

I love my Kindle and we have a family account so that we can share books.
But my Mum does like to read any real books I win on GN after me.

I bought a kindle but did not like it. If I win a book from Gransnet, I always pass it on to a friend.

I do have a kindle, but prefer to get proper books from GN that I can pass on to others. It's always good to share books you've enjoyed. I tend to use my kindle for classics, or to try out books by authors I don't know. Cheap downloads, in other words!

Definitely - I LOVE my kindle and would marry it if I could!

A question... when we do book club we tend to send out hardbacks or paperbacks, sometimes proof copies. But as many of you (us!) have e-readers I'm interested to explore e-books as a format too. Not exclusively - we realise not everyone has a kindle or a kobo or whatever - but as a proportion perhaps.

So do let us know if this would be of interest and then we could take it further (or not!)
