July book club?

Has anyone else read Julys book club pick After the End ? I’ve just finished it and it was a fantastic emotional ? read!! I throughly recommend it.

I received my copy today. I will start to read it when I finish my present book. It looks good, thank you.

My copy arrived this morning its the first time I have been lucky enough to get one for nearly 18mths.
I have glanced at 1st couple of pages and it looks very good indeed so enjoy ladies.

Considering that everyone who receives a copy is under an obligation to write a review,the May response was pretty poor.I wonder if those who don't respond are followed up.

I used to get them fairly regularly too but haven't had one for about six months now.

Oops. I just realised I got one in February.

Oh, shucks, failed again! I used to be lucky fairly often, but haven't had one since last October. My GN friend was saying the same thing the other day. Perhaps there are more people applying for the books now?

Has anyone had the July book yet though? I see the August one has launched, The Mother in Law (I've read it, and enjoyed it, already, so can recommend!).
