For those of you who enjoyed the escapism in Santa Montefiore's Deverill trilogy, this book is the fourth (in the trilogy!!) It features Arethusa Clayton and her mystery requests in her will. The novel revisits all the places and people we've met before in the first three books. Somehow it ties all the previous strands together too.

I have just been given the first three books by a friend who doesn’t read much.
I hadn’t looked at them until seeing your post and hadn’t realised it was a trilogy.
Thank you, I am looking forward to getting stuck into them now though I may save them for long winter nights.

annsixty I have them in my kindle, looking forward to curling up in front of the fire or some escapism.

I won this book in a Gransnet competition and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Although there were 2 timelines running through it, these were clear and easy to follow, and it was fascinating to learn about Arethusa's life and why she ended up in America alongside Faye's story, the daughter trying to honour her late mother's wishes.
