Yes - I read all three books on my Kindle and enjoyed them very much. I feel they are an accurate portrayal of life in Ireland during the great famine and the books also follow the fortunes of some who left Ireland - willingly and by force. They are not an easy or cheerful read - quite harrowing a lot of the time - but I became engrossed in the characters and their stories. I wish Charles Egan had continued the series.
