I’ve just discovered Ursula Bloom…

….after a suggestion via Amazon - I’d never heard of her before.

I’ve read two so far - light but literate, IYKWIM - thoroughly enjoyed them. The Painted Lady and The Wonder Cruise, both set in in 1920s/30s.
£2.99 each on the Kindle.
Anyone else a fan?

Thanks for this suggestion. I just looked them up on Kindle and these books look like my idea of good read. I do enjoy these old ones. Downloaded!

Thank you Witzend. I had not come across Ursula Bloom before but think I will enjoy some of her books. Have put a couple onto my Amazon list for future reading.

BTW, her books are listed under the Timeless Classics Collection (14 books) 13 of which are included with Kindle Unlimited so you would not have to pay extra making it good value.
