I enjoyed it, a lovely tale.

Have read a couple of books by other authors since then and thought "Why did I bother!".
They made The Book of Beginnings seem like high-brow literature.

I really liked it. Didn't know books had to be highbrow to be enjoyed by GNers though.

I will continue to read it as I expect I will get used to the style. Thank you Sue.

Yes, I’ve read it. It’s not high brow, but it’s a gentle tale. smile

Only up to page 55 and not sure if this is just me but the writing seems to lack a flow. It appears to leap about on the page. It’s a simple story so far but I am finding it a bit of a muddle due to the style. I have quite a lot on my mind at the moment and even beginning to think it must be interfering with my focus. Any one else read it?
