I hope so, I’ll keep watching this space 🫣

Why don’t either of you actually start one? I’d do it myself but prefer to let others make the effort than to roll my sleeves up and pull my weight.

I’m into detective stories.

Terribull does the 50 book reviews thread, its been going for a while now and gives book reviews.

Many of us post on the 50 Books a Year thread started by TerriBull. It's a great thread and we each review what we've read.

Ahhh ok.

Doodle Dog, I have never been a leader of a group, so not sure what I will start, will go. This is why am waiting to see on here

Sorry - I was snippy in my reply. I’m sure people would be pleased if you decided to set up a book club, and if you are running it you can decide on how it works grin

I would love to roll my sleeves up and do it but feel at 88 years old this month it would be a bit beyond me. I am already a member of one and really enjoy the monthly zoom meeting but we are down to only five members now as no one wants to take ‘charge’ and it gets a bit chaotic, members talking over one another, and not much book discussing taking place.

I'd love an on-line book club as I don't belong to one. I get to choose the books though, lol!

Keeping Quiet, if you chose a book , we can have a book club?

I like books no one else reads though, which is why I'm not in a book club. I don't think that's how they work.
