Sorry, don’t have any experience of this but didn’t want to ignore your post.

I’m sorry too, I have no knowledge of this, perhaps you could expand a bit?

Smiley4 Wed 13-Oct-21 21:58:33

I suffer from it x

What are you worried about specifically?

V3ra Wed 13-Oct-21 22:59:55

Weeannie is sitting the Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Presumably "stress and anxiety" is one of the modules or topics she's studying and she'd like to hear about people's experiences?

Ah, a full stop would have helped there.

Caused quite a lot of stress trying to fathom out this post grin grin grin

I thought that taking the SVQ2 was causing stress and anxiety to Weeannie.

Taking exams does cause stress and anxiety but I found that good preparation is the key; be prepared for unexpected or oddly phrased questions.

well if this is a written exam, i suggest you pay special attention to ensuring that you write clearly to convey your meaning.
your opening post was incomprehensible to the majority of readers here, i would guess.
i'm still not sure what exactly you were asking.

Yes I wondered if it was that as well ?

That’s good advice welbeck. I still don’t know if OP is talking about the title of the module or the problems it’s causing her! Thank goodness for Ver3’s insight.

Good advice welbeck

Conveying your meaning clearly and concisely will be essential, too, if you pass these examinations and enter the world of work.

(I just re-read my post to ensure it is not gobbledegook!)

Stress and anxiety. It is all about having no help, and nothing to look forward to ever again. Same old, same old day after day after day. GP's offer you anti-depressants, so in the end you have a problem as well. Who wants to feel like a zombie all day? You wouldn't have the problem if you weren't a carer

Allira Sat 01-Mar-25 10:49:53

confused

Calendargirl Sat 01-Mar-25 10:51:50

Seeing as it’s a 3 year old thread, I trust the OP has taken the exams long ago and passed!

Georgesgran Sat 01-Mar-25 11:28:52

Pity she didn’t return to tell.
