Children with cancer are dying needlessly through lack of awareness in GP surgeries and the country as a whole. We are trying to get 100,000 signatures to take this petition to parliament. Would be very grateful if any concerned members could sign. Thank you!

Thank you so much to everyone who is signing and sharing. @grannyactivist I am so glad to hear that your little nephew is doing well. Sadly the cure rate for many childhood cancers, such as neuroblastoma, is 20-25% and we are campaigning in a variety of ways to change this. This petition is just one of them. There is a lack of funding for treatment in the UK too. Many families are having to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds to send their desperately sick children abroad for lifesaving treatment not available in the UK. If anyone would like to know more or help in other ways there is a wonderful charity called the Neuroblastoma Children's Cancer Alliance www.childrenscancer.org.uk Please have a look at the work they do.
