Balsam Hill!?

Their on-line advertising breaches UK law (they never don't have a sale, at least on the dozen or so occasions I've looked over the last 3 months). They merely shift the closing "deadline" every couple of weeks and change the name of the "Sale".

Although they have a .co.uk web address and Brits answering their phones, they are incorporated on the U.S. and have a distribution centre in or near Bedford.

The customer reviews they post on heir website are all 5* positive, they screen out any adverse reviews. Similarly, they delete any adverse reviews (including mine) from their Facebook page. There are a couple of consumer review sites that are packed with stories of shoddy goods, appalling customer service and failure to provide refunds or replacements. However, you have to work hard to find them because their viral advertising drowns everything else on the first 14 pages of a Google search.

Trading Standards have confirmed that their advertising a constant "Sale" is illegal and that their terms and conditions do not comply with UK consumer law. But that can do nothing against a company incorporated in the US. However, if you buy a bum tree from them, pay more than £100 using a credit card, the card issuer is jointly liable under section 75 of the Credit Card Act.
