For me, it would the late Jimmy Seville, Cliff Richards, John Redwood, John Prescott, the Pope, Noel Edmonds and Ricky Gervais and Putin and all the Republican presidential candidates.

eeerrrggghh the man from the Go compare adverts, men in socks and sandals,.oh and combovers, grey tracksuit bottoms on larger gentlemen when they bend over is not a good look. There a a few lady related cringes but have no wish to offend...especially as I am not perfect

Tony Blair-always. Any minor royal. Cameron and Osbourne. People who love to be in the papers eg. the Beckhams

That dog that says 'Oh Yes' in a voice that suggests he has badly fitting false teeth in the Churchill Insurance ad.

I am with you ,shysal - I don't find Tom Jones in the least attractive. I like my men lean, dark and intellectual (or I did before giving up on them completely).

shysal Mon 19-Mar-12 08:39:57

I used to dislike Joan Rivers, but recently saw her win Celebrity Apprentice USA, she was fantastic!
There are several annoying characters in adverts - that shouty one for double glazing, and the actor who used to play Reg Holdsworth.
Nobody has agreed with my choice of Tom Jones, am I the only one who has never thought him sexy? I certainly would not have thrown my underwear in his direction!

Tony Blair, Peter Andre, David Walliams.

John McCarrick has got to be the most obnoxcious man I have ever seen on TV i have seen him on a few interviews and reality shows and the off button is quickly activated. Oh and Tony Blair.

Only because a few people I know, like Notsogrand seem to find him creepy. My DGS loves him and I love his enthusiasm. But I can see that some people may find him a bit strange confused

Greatnan Sun 18-Mar-12 23:20:17

I like Alexander Armstrong in the Direct Line ads.
I agree that it is highly unlikely that Rhona would fancy Paddy, although he is supposed to be a very nice man!

Anagram Sun 18-Mar-12 23:18:33

Why, nightowl? My GDs have grown up with him - he doesn't seem creepy to me at all. That Paddy off Emmerdale, though - sends a shiver through me even looking at him and his enormous, too-white teeth!

nightowl Sun 18-Mar-12 23:12:07

I love Mr Tumble! But I can see that he is quite disturbing...

NanaChuckles Sun 18-Mar-12 23:10:42

The actor that appears in the Direct Line adverts. You know the one with the children who look like him. Better still add all of the actors in this ad. I switch channels every time it comes on.

We seem to have more men on here than women, why is that I wonder hmm.
With that in mind here are two ladies ? to add to the list
Joan Rivers and Ann Robinson

Annika Sun 18-Mar-12 22:44:33

Ah who could forget Gerald Kaufman a real creepy man !!

Notsogrand Sun 18-Mar-12 22:42:54

Tony Blair. Mr Tumble.

harrigran Sun 18-Mar-12 22:39:58

Jonathan Ross, Russell Brand, Katie Price and Peter Andre.

John McCririck, Michael Winner ,Vic Reeves ,Margaret Thatcher.

Oxon70 Sun 18-Mar-12 21:44:08

That woman Palin.

chocolatepudding Sun 18-Mar-12 21:42:10

Katie Price, Jonathan Ross.....a long list of celebreties

Greatnan Sun 18-Mar-12 21:24:41

I used to enjoy Loose Women, but then I got fed up of the stupid tales of binge drinking and the constant belittling of men. (That's my job!)

nightowl Sun 18-Mar-12 21:23:31

Agree with Tony Blair.

But also David Cameron and the way he always has to hold Sam's hand as though he's afraid she will run away.

nightowl Sun 18-Mar-12 21:19:02

Most of the 'loose women'. Sorry if anyone is a fan.

yogagran Sun 18-Mar-12 21:15:33

David Frost, Jonathan Ross, Frank Sinatra to start with

shysal Sun 18-Mar-12 21:09:06

Cringe when I watch Martine McCutcheon advertising TLC Activia yoghurt in her baby voice with her new teeth. I expect the men love her, but yuk!
Also agree with most of the above plus Tom Jones.
