What do you keep in your handbag?
Item on Woman's Hour today-The German artist who'll pay you 500 euros if you let him feature your bag in his exhibition in London.

I've just found a Cadburys Creme Egg in mine - bought it ages ago and forgotten that it was in there, you lot reminded me!
It's gone now - I enjoyed that grin

I just like nappy pins! And when my youngest DD was out of nappies, I kind of missed them so....

I have a conker in my sewing box....

i wish i had nappy pins! i can't get any. i like them. i like the way they fasten down and don't spring open.

The conker will keep the spiders out of your sewing box!

I can understand that you like nappy pins, I gave my last few pins to DiL when new baby needed terry nappies for few weeks and I never got the pins back sad - I had had the pins all through my DC nappy times and they were "sentimental items"

I believe that Boots still sell them granbunny or you could try eBay

i haven't tried ebay. i went all round trying to find them, a couple of years ago. boots, mothercare, back street chemists, little shops that sell pins... no nappy pins.
i will give ebay a go. thanks for the tip, yogagran.

There are loads of nappy pins online, granbunny! Perhaps not quite the same design as the old ones, but Amazon have a good range. And Boots do sell the new version.

granbunny John lewis sell them upstairs in their baby department I bought some a few months ago for neighbours daughter as she uses terry nappies for her baby.
