Morning all, another restless night for me, so fed up with bad dreams.
Off to Wales today for my friend's birthday. We're out tomorrow night for dinner at a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, and on Sunday we're going to a Thai restaurant that does amazing food, so that's another half stone on my btm!

Happy Birthday Glamma - hope you have a lovely day with your chums and I think the going backwards birthdays might start a new trend!

The sun is out but it is very chilly here to-day,last night it went very chilly and I had to go and find a fleecy dressing gown and a pair of socks,looked very glamourous I must say ! I have been up since 6-30 as the paper boy put the paper through the letter box and let it slam shut which woke up "Barney" so he needed to go out.
To-day is my birthday and I am having a small get together with some of my friends it is not a "milestone" birthday but I have decided that from now on I am going to count my birthdays backwards and see if there is any improvement.

I've been having nightmares for a few weeks now,from about 5am. So feeling permanently tired but don't want to go to bed! Ho hum

Ariadne I find writing down what you need to remember before you go to bed, helps, but in your case, you could be there all night!

ariadne, I even considered two pairs of socks yesterday. And today! Just off to find another pair.
