I don't usually make much of this day, but this year is special because my SIL became a father to twins in October, after a very long wait and IVF treatment, so he's a very happy dad now. And my son was so unhappy last year, when he was denied contact with my grandson for several periods of a few months, until earlier this year. He is bringing grandson here for lunch today, and there'll be a card and present for grandson to give him as for sure ex-DIL will have made grandson feel he shouldn't give his dad a card. I hope there are a few separated fathers who have managed to see their children today.
