Lord Palmerston said 'Die, my dear Doctor? That is the last thing I shall do.' Or so they say. I hope I don't say anything, just have the light switched off quickly. I hate long goodbyes anyway.

Who was it said, "Die, my dear Doctor? That is the last thing I shall do."? And was it William Pitt who said, "I think I could eat one of Bellamy's pies"? My last words are more than likely to be "Oh do stop fussing".

jeni I love that one, read the books over and over and also have them on my iPod.

I can't think of anything clever or amusing so would probably remind them al that I want them to wear red at my funeral.
