Can't stand the feel of chenille....when they were in fashion a few years ago my DGC's had them and I couldn't give them a hug! Makes me shiver just thinking about it. I hate 'Frosty the Snowman' too.....it was played all the time from October until January where I worked, nearly drove me crazy.
When my younger sister was 3 she came home from nursery with a bag with a few jam tarts. My 5 year old self wanted to make some and my mother prepared the ingredients but the moment I put my hands in the bowl to rub the flour and fat together. I pulled them out immediately saying I didnt like the feel of the flour on my hands - and I've never changed my mind. In this household pastry is made by my daughter or in the mixer.
gma only when they are productive and I have to clear it up.....and poor Donald who has a charred rear....did you read Donald escapades on the virtual party we had on GN
No am talking can barely say the word cigarette waste yuck....
Dog ends, make me shudder even thinking about it if we go out for a picnic, sitting on a park bench, walking on beach ,pavements etc,if there are dog ends strewn about,as there usually is I cannot bear it,and if I accidentally tread on one,or have to look at them...spoils any outing for me ugh filthy things..
What's you strange dislike? My friend can't stand the feel of wooden lolly sticks on her tongue so sticks to ice cream cornets! My sis cant bear to touch velvet - makes her feel queasy.I can't bear the touch of that paper they make raffle tickets out of.I don't know why but handling them makes me shudder. When I was younger bus tickets were made out of a similar paper and I hated touching them too. An other friend of mine doesn't like the feel of cotton wool. What we like!
