Lucy appears to be too good to be true. Can't help wondering whether or not she has any naughty habits...hmm

I think she would be better sticking to history rather than trying to make parallels with contemporary feminism. I thought the article (and quiz) was infantile.

I'm definitely Anne Boleyn!

Oh, dear, I fear I am Catherine of Aragon...confused

JO4 Mon 20-Aug-12 11:37:15

Sorry Bags. Not in the spirit of your post!

My granny had that hairstyle.

Interesting what one of the comments says about Anne of Cleves. I never thought of her like that before.

I would have been Catherine Parr.

Lilygran Mon 20-Aug-12 11:05:35

Why does she keep dressing up?

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 11:03:01

blush... I read the article ( thanks for the link Bags) and quite enjoyed it..... oh dear!

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 10:59:59

And yes, pedants, I do mean to say A historian because I voice the aitch.

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 10:59:33

susie, a historian. The article is, well, a bit interesting, about the wives of Henry VIII and their modern equivalents. Bit daft really, though appealing to some.

I think susiecb has answered your question, Bags! wink

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 10:58:25

I haven't seen her in Dancing Times, what page is she on? grin

susiecb Mon 20-Aug-12 10:55:58

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 10:41:37

Not to mention questioning her taste in hairstyles.

I mean it though hmm

Bags Mon 20-Aug-12 10:40:23

for plugging her book in an article in the DT same as some of us did with Jilly Cooper in the DM?
