celeb what a really lovely thought. smile

One small point, I thought it was agreed that we wouldn't mention the C word on here till after our local street fair - so around mid-November! You'll be giving us all a panic attack! grin

Absolutely! And you don't have to face the prospect of the queue in Waitburysco to hand over 2 months' pension either. Win-win!

What a lovely thought celebgran your son seems to have found a very thoughtful girl indeed,we always go to DDs for C day (shuhh) and I am always responsible for cooking the meat the night before and she prepares the veg on the day,*mr g.* and eldest grandsons do the dishes so us ladies do have some kind of a relaxing day.

We've been invited to DD SiL and GORGEOUS 1yr old GS for Cday. First time in 30 years we won't be home.YAY YAY YAY!!!!!!! Apart from being with them, of course, the best bit for me will be no responsibility for ALL the food for 3 days +. Obviously will do loads to help, mostly playing with GS who is just walking! And washing up, maybe veg prep, probably fixing leftovers on Boxing Day.
