Have just confirmed what I've thought for a very long time. Boden kids' models are small. Been ordering some stuff for DD who is coming up to her twelfth birthday – big growth spurt time but she's not big for her age when seen with her peers, some of whom are bigger than me. Measured her carefully so that I won't have to send things back, and I'm having to buy her stuff that Boden is saying is for 13-14 year olds!
She'll be in women's sizes before I know it! Well, she is for shoes already.

bags I know exactly what you mean,they certainly are not catering for the average size girl at least,this year I have chosen from Landsend kids brochure for Abigail as they seem to be much more generous,I have been able to order 11/12 for her which is nearly age perfect and the jeans and gilet fit well allowing for some growth during the winter,I am finding that everything in her age though is tight under the arms if I'm looking for blouses etc.I'm thinking that maybe we should stop feeding them and see if it stunts their growth.
