Christmas cocktails?

I'm planning on throwing a Christmas party this year and I'm thinking of possible Christmas tipples. I do like my G'n'T (hence the name grin ), but I want to make actual cocktails, not just spirits and mixers. Any ideas? What are your favourites?

Hi there, I've got a feeling that there was a thread on cocktails quite recently, but could be wrong!

Personally I do enjoy champagne cocktails, and the odd Black Russian, which is a bit odd as I don't usually like vodka.
