It is up to individual members to arrange to meet each other. Why don't you suggest a venue and a date and see who can be around at that time? There is no official organisation for meetings - we are a do-it-ourselves club!
I don't know if anybody has already set up a meeting in your area, but if they have, no doubt they will post a reply for you.
