My DD too lost several - but there was a happy ending and she now has two children. So, hang on in there - it may all come right in the end. Just now she needs you to be there for her, as I am sure that you will be. My thoughts are with you - I know what a difficult line it is to tread when you want to be strong for her, but share her sadness.

A warm arm around your shoulders, vampirequeen. It's hard to find the right words to give you comfort, but we're doing our best. You'll know how to help your girl......just how you always have done. flowers xx

VQ thinking of you and sending (((((((hugs)))))) I miscarried twins, with a bit of a gap between them, never knew what was wrong with the first, but the second has spina bifida in 3 places. Love to you, your daughter and all the family.

Big (((hugs))) and a comforting arm round your shoulder vq. There's such sorrow at a time like this, and the memory of the baby you didn't get to see will always be tucked away, but it will start to feel less raw in time. flowers

Oh, vamp! So sorry! Hug. xx

JessM Tue 18-Dec-12 17:26:04

Oh that is tough. You have to look after her and can't fall apart at the seams. At the same time you don't want to appear like you don't care. Not easy being a mother of grown ups is it. Big hug and sorry it is only virtual one as you probably need a real one.

I'm sending a hug vampirequeen

My daughter lost two so I know how sad it can be.

My daughter has just miscarried and is understandably devastated.

There seems to have been a lot wrong with the baby. There was water around it's heart and brain that shouldn't have been there and other parts didn't appear to be growing properly so it is a blessing in disguise.

I'm being strong and stoic for her but don't really feel it. Inside I've lost a grandchild.

I know I'm being selfish asking this but if anyone could give me a hug I'd really appreciate it.
