As promised. The genuine recipe for hot Toddy has given me by a true Scots fellow!

HOT TODDY
A traditional Scottish drink to help with the symptoms of a cold!
¾ pint boiling water and
Juice of one lemon those of the
3 to 4 teaspoons of honey
1 to 3 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
A good dram of Scottish whiskey
METHOD
Mix together, honey, sugar and lemon juice in about a quarter pint of water.
Remove pips, and top up with the remaining water. And stir well until honey and sugar are dissolved .
Then add the whiskey – ENJOY!
PS. These quantities can be altered according to taste!
