According to reports if implants are done when middle aged a breast lift may be needed if there is any sign of sagging, then the implants are inserted giving a new profile,not sure if they can say that the procedure will stay pert forever though.
What do you think would happen though when you came of an age for regular breast screening,its not a procedure I could ever contemplate I would probably need a reduction if the truth be told.

I'm a male of 66, on Pension Credit getting both the savings and guaranteed elements along with the State Pension. I cannot find any info online regarding working part time and if it will affect my status on Pension Credit. I know their is an limit regarding income tax.

Are breast implants heavier than normal breast tissue? I suspect that any surgery at all could affect the elasticity of the skin or whatever keeps the boobs from going south.

That should probably read "what ever structures keep the boobs up until they inevitably go south"

I did have to give my DD a bit of a lecture when she first had DGS as she was not wearing a bra at all in the very early days of feeding him.

I think a good civil engineering standard bra usually works!
