I don't know the ins and outs of testosterone replacement, but you can't fault him for keeping fit. I think his bod looks good tbh.

Ooh! Ana's picture looks a bit weird. Why do all those veins stand out like that? Is that good or not?

I'm not sure he's doing too well actually. Is it normal to have varicose veins in your arms?

I have yet to see a 40 year old that looked so old. I would say he was in his late 60s.

Think of all the exciting interesting things he could be doing with his life if he wasnt spending all his time nurturing his rather revolting looking body.

Dr Michael Horsley (he of the Intermittent Fasting (5:2) diet was on Horizon last week showing how to keep fit with about 30 seconds of intense activity a day. makes much more sense to me.

Somehow this disturbs me; not so much the keeping fit etc, but the excessiveness of it all.

I'm a bit bemused - how is this any different to any bodybuilder taking hormones to bulk up their muscles - except that this one has got a commercial thing going.
As the article says - there are always health risks.

Yes nellie as it says in the article it can accelerate the growth of prostate cancers and seeing as an awful lot of old men have some level of cancerous cells in their prostates...
