Arse-antlers? They are those winglike designs that a stupid tottie gets tattooed on the small of her back, at the top of her buttocks - I believe the derivation of the phrase is Australian...

It's bad enough that griffiti-mongers scribble all over our world, but then people get themselves scribbled on too, and I h-a-t-e it!
