Hello Soop, I'm glad you're back. I've got a little netbook that drives me mad because it'so slow,but it can sit on my lap while I catch up with everyone. I just lost everything and relised that it was because I'd been tapping aong to the radio

dustyangel Isn't technology grand? I started off this morning cursing the laptop for not responding. I was still typing merrily away on the defunct keyboard Pleased with my efforts so far. Am navigating through unchartered [for me] territory.

When I first got a laptop my typing went to pot but since my DiL bought me a stand from Ikea it has made all the difference and I would recommend them to everyone. They cost about £3.50! A friend was having wrist problems from her laptop and is better since she got one of these. They make the laptop more like a normal keyboard.

I got severe arthritis in my knee when I first joined GN. Seriously,I had to go to local emergency department where they took x-rays,tutted and gave me an injection that I think was diclofenac and something that was very relaxing.(I felt great) "Artrihris" mysteriously disapeared when I stopped useing DH's older and heavier laptop and reverted to my netbook. I'm going to check out smaller laptops when I'm next in UK..
