Can't you organise a plate washer upper rota ? I have an aversion to washing dishes but can load a dishwasher well

Pete I'm off to buy some proper dishes for snacks,I can't be doing with soggy bottoms on dishes which is what we would have if you washed the paper ones
I've had a look at my timetable and can work twice a week in the kitchen putting together some snacks for all the regulars,thinking of toad in the hole spicey meatballs and cauliflower & blue cheese soup with some big fat dumplings.That will do for starters and keep the regulars happy me thinks.
