I am in West Cheshire and the weather is just right for me, bright with a little cloud cover, not hot but not cold. Nice. I was up at 0315 this morning (couldn't sleep - again!) and came down to get a chicken fillet out of the freezer in the garage to defrost for lunch today and it was a sultry night outside. Took a sleeping pill and dozed until 7:15 so all in all a good nights sleep for me.

A late good morning fron me -- very hot here again - had a busy day yesterday but the visitors arrived safely - I am having a quiet day today as said visitors have gone off to a wedding.
Enjoy the sun everyone.

The sun has deserted my bit of Brum - and on my 64th birthday too! When I get older, losing my hair many years from now........... smile

Someone tell tell me where they are in Cheshire. I know Rode Hall in the south east of Cheshire has a monthly farmers market which seems to cover a lot of artisan food products. One of them had the most fantastic Indian food products all looking very attractive. I am very much in favour of these as you get far more original products than you can see in the shops.

Grey and breezy in East Sussex and you need a cardigan.

Nonu Sat 20-Jul-13 10:25:15

OOps , spoke too soon , has just started to spit with rain , still the garden needs it .

I am only twelve miles from gillybob so same weather applies, surprised to see pools on the patio this morning. Going inland for lunch today so it may be brighter, Duke of Wellington at Stocksfield, hopefully.

We got back last night from a glorious week in Norfolk. All the holiday washing done, just gone to hang it out and is grey and spitting with rain !!!
Hope it improves tomorrow. We were planning to go to local outdoors jazz performance.

Morning all from south Warwickshire ... a little cooler here so more comfortable now ....we just have French, Italian and German Sunday markets where you get served by English spoken traders and pay more than in local shops.

Roll on Artisan but I doubt town is big enough for that one .... I wish

whenim64 Sat 20-Jul-13 10:05:07

My nephew and family will be there, Ella. He has befriended an artisan baker at the market who gives him yeast and sourdough starters, then sends him off with a load of bread and tips about making his own.
