Are we going to get minute by minute updates today. Kate is in labour and there will be no news for perhaps hours give the girl some privacy. Every few minutes we are getting updates saying nothing. It's going to be a long day!

Congratulations to them crown. How long before the tabloids show pictures of Kate having lost her baby weight? Let's hope she has the sense not to succumb to that particular type of celeb pressure.

No! The Doctors would have seen the scans and would therefore know the sex, even if the parents had elected not to be told.

Me too, son same age.

Did BH announce she was in labour or did they react to the media? Don't think they had a lot of choice with all the paps camped outside!

The papers have all the supplements because people buy them.

Sook and Tegan I'm another one with a son the same age as William. Again, not a Royalist but it's truly lovely to see him happy and with such an apparently nice girl who appears to love him. I'm sure they'll both make great parents too.

Tegan My youngest son is the same age as William too. I remember when Diana died DS after being a Dads lad suddenly became very loving and protective towards me I think it totally shocked him that the mother of someone his age could in such a tragic way.
