Good Morning Sunday

Good morning, cooler, cloudier and windier today, a relief from the heat, and a lovely long shower with some thunder ysterday evening. Our planned meal out with friends yesterday was a non-event, we got the dates mixed up, first time in all the years we have been doing this that this has happened, ah! well. Good morning everyone - we had some rain during the night and this morning it is a lovely cool refreshing one so far - have opened all windows and doors to cool the house. We are forecast about 30 deg today and then a couple of days of high twenties. Not sure what we shall do today- nothing planned. Had a nice surprise yesterday - friends coming to see us for a few days next month - have three lovely children now in their teens. Enjoy your day.

Good morning from a VERY wet North East Coast. It has rained heavily all night and is still pouring down. It is so grey that the sea and the sky have joined up ! There was supposed to be another concert in the park today but cannot see it going ahead unless there is a dramatic change in the weather. Hope you have a good Sunday wherever you are.

Relentless torrents of rain from about nine last night, until well after 2.30am
when I eventually nodded off!
This morning it's bright sunshine again!

Same here Ella cool and breezy this morning, the sun is hiding behind the clouds.

Chucked it down all night, although dry and bright at the moment, but with more of the wet stuff forecast for later. The garden seems to be saying - thank heavens for that! My big plan for today is to clean the house from top to bottom, as I have used the hot weather as a wonderful excuse to leave all the housework, but I have now reached that point of squalor where something must be done. Knowing me, I will get fed up half way through but even half a clean house would be good.

Sort of in the same position myself vegas but I do have the added excuse of visitors for the last couple of weeks!! I have loads of clean ironed washing to put away too.

Sunshine and a slight breeze in London. I have no idea if it rained during the night. My house could fall down in the middle of an earthquake and I would still be sleeping peacefully.

It rained in my part of East Sussex until about 10pm and then stopped. Today the Met office show no rain for the SE but dark old clouds keep coming over. So far it's dry so will get out for the daily pick of the raspberries before the birds have the lot. Thought I would cook them with some apples today for lunch.

Very warm and sunny in Boston, but windy as well.

Thank you annsixty, he`s not doing too badly, back on the ward now, but very bad tempered, probably because he`s not numero uno anymore, not getting undivided attention like when he was on the HDU!
