We went to pick the DGS up to have for two days. This was to save his life and DD sanity lol. DGD said: can I come, I've been naughty, too.

! That reminds me of the time when I'd had a particularly stressful day with my lot when they were young. I was flinging my jacket on to run down the shops, leaving them with OH, and my youngest said, "Where are you going, Mum?" I'd replied, "Round the bloomin' bend" to which he replied, "Ooh, can I come, too - please let me come?"
