Just think of my late oh!
He was chopping hot chillies for a curry and suddenly needed to have a pee!
Without out thinking he went straight to the toilet!
I think his howls were heard in the next street!

My father came downstairs after washing his hair, and said 'I don't think much of that shampoo - can't get it to lather...'
My mother had a look in the bathroom and said 'You bloody fool - that was my specimen for the hospital!'

He shot back upstairs and got to work with some real shampoo...

Although there was the chilli incident.................

And I'm only (??) 55 + 3 weeks + 4 days.

Sel I don't think I qualify for a sexual "arena", which implies a large space for important events. It's now a case of (sadly) more of an under used village hall. blush sad

Very narrowly avoided brushing my teeth with Pernaton (joint care) Gel. Fortunately my sense of smell was in good working order.

grin I'll give it a miss, then!

Never use conditioner on your body unless you want it to have more volume and shine!

Ariadne Thu 29-Aug-13 11:34:43

Oohhh - tingly or what? grin

gracesmum Thu 29-Aug-13 10:58:59

shock [ouch] emoticon!!!

Sel Thu 29-Aug-13 10:53:15

Then it's serious Phoenix grin

I hope there's no possibility of confusion in the, ahem, sexual arena - I speak as someone who confused a well known lubricant with Ralgex muscle rub. Talk about hot passion.

The thing is the body wash bottle is a completely different shape to the conditioner. Also I had already put the conditioner on, so why add Dove? I squirted it into my hand, and then instead of washing my body, I smeared it all over my head!

Bez a while ago I went to brush my teeth without having my glasses on and found that I had very carefully applied savlon ointment to my toothbrush blush

Oooh phoenix I remember you started a thread with what I thought were very good tips - didn't one of those involves a cunning way of differentiating between shampoo and conditioner whilst blinded in the shower? Possibly you need to extend said tip to include Dove body wash? grin At least you'll be extra clean.

whenim64 Thu 29-Aug-13 10:40:29

I do that all the time! grin I now keep shampoo, conditioner and body wash in three separate corners because it keeps happening.

Bez Thu 29-Aug-13 10:40:20

I need to put things in order before taking off my specs to go in shower etc - have been known to use conditioner to try and wash myself - my arms and legs were a bit lank!! grin

Because you are normal? Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but not everyone is prepared to admit it.

sunseeker Thu 29-Aug-13 10:17:10

You are obviously a very busy lady with a lot on your mind grin (is your hair now silky smooth?)

Anne58 Thu 29-Aug-13 10:14:51

My shower routine is very simple. I turn it on, get in, then shampoo my hair. A thorough rinse, then apply conditioner and leave it in whilst washing my person.

I have been doing this for years with no problem at all. So can someone explain to me why I have just put a large dollop of Dove body wash on my bonce? confused
