Eating babies is wrong

I quite like eating Babybel but hate flaying them.

Both are wrong but I think one would get a stiffer penalty for the latter

However despite how silly this ensuing thread has become it is at least better than the pointless acrimony going on on other threads.

I like babies, but couldn't eat more than one a day!

My older relatives always said they could "eat him/her up" when cuddling the newest baby arrival to the family. Bit it's bum what another term of endearment that puzzled me as a small child.

I always eat the heads off jelly babies first to reduce suffering!

Baby asparagus is the only sort I like. Nice delicate flavour.

Depends of course what you mean by "eating" and what you mean by "babies" and of course, what you mean by "wrong" surely

Definitely only human babies and only fluffy kittens - the latter with those really really big eyes -you know the ones I mean? However , we could perhaps discuss the rights and wrongs of drowning less attractive kittens but that would muddy the water of this particular thread

I do not think it's right to eat baby vegetables. It must be a waste of energy. There must be an optimum size for all vegetables.
Oh, and I am vegetarian.

I expect you are, as usual, right Bluebell. Anybody who is rich and votes Tory is bound to. They'd draw the line at puppies obviously, so useful when trained for hunting and shooting purposes

I can only go back to the old joke that I love babies but I couldn't eat a whole one. I knew a village in Cornwall where the inhabitants were said to eat their young - but that may not have been true

Gorki I think its a jibe at persons arguing against or contradicting any comment someone else makes.

It sounds too much like my OH for comfort. He would argue black is white!

I just fail to understand why anyone in their right mind would want to bite a babies bottom. Even a freshly bathed one is unpredictable!

My in laws family always talked about babies being so lovely you could just eat them. Or used the phrase "Couldn't you just bite his/her bottom." ?? That was decidedly a term of endearment.

I don't understand the title. Am I missing something?
