Another vote for eggs here, either scrambled or boiled. Or coddled. Or poached.

You've probably got some sort of virus. I think if you don't feel hungry, your digestive system perhaps needs a break. If I feel like that and I feel I must eat something to avoid developing a headache I nibble on almonds.

I can always be tempted by a baked potato with lots of butter and a sprinkle of salt. Hope you feel better soon bags

Perhaps you've had a low-grade virus?
Mild-tasting food with plenty of nutritive value perhaps the answer - baked salmon sounds good. Scrambled eggs or a baked custard maybe?

I didn't want my dinner last night but ate nothing instead. I had breakfast today as usual but now don't feel quite right again. Not ill, just not quite right. I did feel ill late yesterday afternoon but it had worn off by bedtime.

Had no lunch but just made myself a piece of toast. I'll see how it goes. Baked salmon is on the menu for tonight.

Do you mean at meal times or between meals?
Between meals I have a drink of water, that takes away the feeling of wanting something.
I'm afraid I'm a control freak, always decide first thing in the morning what we're going to eat, if not the previous day or week, so usually stick to what I've decided even if I don't fancy it much.
Sorry Bags, realise that's less than helpful, hope you get your appetite back soon.

Sushi, well the vegetarian version, either M&S or Morrisons.

What do you eat when you feel hungry but don't fancy anything you usually eat?
