Living on an Island can sometimes have drawbacks.
I had an unused item, which my daughter in Derby said she needed, so "can you send it because its cheaper than buying one" was her request.
After great problems of finding the right sized box, I thought I am a modern woman I can use technology to make this easier.
After 6 attempts of convincing my computer I do have a correct postcode and I do live in the UK I printed the barcode labels and boxed it up.
Next day drove 20ml to the biggest PO, to be told "we have never done this before" but we will just send it.
Two days and 3 emails to the courier later, after trying to track this parcel, I now find out that unbeknown to myself, I had nipped to Inverness, on a Ferry then had a 127mile drive to drop this parcel off. It now has a different tracking number. I now think, is this my parcel, or not?
