Still not having a great day, but one bright spot - told the nurse who took blood that I was trying to get some of their micropore tape, which is much better than anything I can buy - and she promptly gave me a roll.
(yes, I'm allergic to elastoplast.)

A late good morning from me in Michigan - dry and looks as if it will be a bright day. Everyone at home today as local elections so we are planning a day trip somewhere - not sure where yet as this place is very laid back!! We are going to get our hire car today as well so we are I dependant when they are all working /school tomorrow.
I logged on with a mixture of dread and hope this morning - so sad no good news.

Good morning, pouring rain and cold and grey in Surrey. DH tells me that it is too warm to sit in the sun still in Portugal, it's probably waiting to rain until I get back.

Oh dear, yesterday was so nice! I felt good and worked in the garden. My runner beans are down and dumped.

Now it is cold, damp and drippy...and I texted my builder, who was going to repair my gutters, that I couldn't afford his price. Answer - 'ok, no worries.' I reckoned he didn't want the job anyway and overpriced it.

Today I get bloods taken at the doctors. Sometimes I feel I want to keep my blood!
