I think the CO-OP will have to do a lot of PR work given the Banking Arm problems. Whether or not the Retail Division is run the same as the Banking Arm is nothing to do with the reputation shock the CO-OP is obviously suffering.
At this time of year the CO-OP sends out it's next year calendar which always has offers inside I know but I think it will be going the extra mile to keep their customers onside so I would hazard a guess there will be plenty of incentives to keep shopping there.
