ginny - they were fabulous today - all of them. And if ever i ring my gp's office for an appointment I get one within 2 days. Never had a problem but can appreciate those who do.

Good to post too, Katy Hope your daughter is feeling ok today. 
Last night my daughter had a fall and her ankle was badly swollen and bruised. SIL wasn't available to take her to A & E so we took her and prepared for a long wait. She was registered, examined, x-rayed and had her leg and foot put in plaster all in the space of an hour and a half of our arrival. The hospital we went to is a large hospital which has had some bad press in the past. All the staff were lovely and helpful.
