Hope you avoid the bug Lona. That was the one thing I didn't realise upon becoming a grandparent that we would catch all the 'little ones' nasties. Recently we went to help look after our sick youngest Dgs for a few days. The night before our departure I began to feel sick and I won't go into the yukky details of my frequent trips to the bathroom for both ends ! My older Gds (almost 3) ran into me the next morning and asked why I was in bed, I explained I was trying to get the energy up to move when he insisted on getting into bed and playing games to help me feel better. The joys of being a Nan !!

It is our 43rd wedding anniversary today. Went out for 2 weeks before getting engaged, got married after 3 months and 'they' said it wouldn't last .

Good morning all, very still after the hefty winds of the past few days. It is raining - nothing new there! I wonder how the folk who always sleep rough are managing in this awful weather? Whatever you are doing today, hope it is a good day for you.

Soggy, windy and dreary. Is this really Good Morning? I couldn't sleep so up at 5.30, but it was too dark to see much before. I still have one apple tree to prune, but it overhangs a fast-flowing stream with very muddy banks. I have been putting it off but I have to do it soon. Woe!
