Happy Birthday, a bit belated, sorry!

Hi Ladies, thank you for your wonderful messages.

I have had another great day, if somewhat quieter than yesterday as I have been tired today. I have received some lovely gifts and cards though and my 17 year old actually made me a cup of tea! (I know now what that bunting was for, lol).

ninathenanna I do hope your DGS goes from strength to strength. It really is amazing what the medical teams can do. My sister was born with heart problems too when I was 15 years old and had emergency surgery at a week old so I know a little about the stress waiting to hear if all is ok. She is fine now though, a healthy 35 year old.

grannyactivist thank you for your comment. I don't think any of us get away with a life these days without struggle and having to fight our way through but you are right, it has been a lot of years of hard work in one way or another. Hopefully now things can ease a little, although the hot sweats have started now , lol.

I do tend to carry my birthday on for a few days anyway. Being disabled I can't do everything at once and so have to spread things out a bit.
