Good morning everyone.
Similar weather here in mid Essex. So glad that fierce wind we had yesterday has dropped. Not much on the timetable today so probably catch up on a few jobs begging to be done

in N Kent at last the wind has dropped but it's still cool. DD is back from her four day reccy to Edinburgh tonight so we get a lie in tomorrow after having DGS to stay.

Sun is up in S Wales, still breezy, but looking much more like summer.

Sunny in North Bucks. It's still a bit breezy but nothing like yesterdays winds.

Sadly, today we are seeing the civil celebrant to arrange Father in laws funeral. So we can do with a little bit of sunshine.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. Looks like it's going to be a June day today, more like November yesterday!

I have a trip to the Orthodontist with DS this afternoon so do I qualify for the Dentist club?

Good morning all. It must be a dentist day as I also have an appointment this afternoon.
Such a horrible day yesterday I made a stew! My car was back at the garage also yesterday as the clutch hydraulics had not been bled correctly when the new part was fitted.!
Today is calm, cloudy but dry.

We have a lovely sunny morning in Northumberland. I too am Dentist bound this morning. I hope there is nothing to do apart from a bit of cleaning. My teeth build up tartar even though I floss!

Two baby blue tits sitting on the shed roof being fed by a rather harassed mum, lovely to see them in the sun.

Garden looks very battered from the wind and rain so must get out there after work and try to save some plants otherwise it's going to look very sorry for itself.

At least the clematis are looking lovely

Bright and sunny here this morning but still quite breezy.

We've always had two or three wood pigeons plodding around under our bird feeders cleaning up the dropped grain. When we got back from our week away there was only one nervous bird left and two piles of feathers. This morning another heap of feathers and no pigeon. I fear we're going to have trouble from the new cat which moved in with our new next door neighbours last week!

Off to have root canal and minor dental surgery today - not much fun. However looking on the bright side I have every excuse to put my feet up this afternoon and watch the quarter finals tennis at Roland Garros, Paris. Come on Nadal I am rooting for you.

It's Wednesday evening where I live and – at last – the rain and gale force winds that started in the early hours of Monday morning have stopped. Ditto the rattling windows and loud patter on the roof. The drive is full of puddles the size of pools and one end of the garden is a complete bog. However, it has been a useful and productive day indoors and we shall see what tomorrow brings.
