Good Morning Wednesday

Good afternoon all. It was cloudy and chilly when I left Surrey this morning.

I'm now at Gatwick having negotiated the advert covered maze that is their guide to getting free wi-fi whilst there. Much to DH's irritation he can't get it and has resorted to Spider solitaire instead.

I think it's probably about time you had a turn at some decent weather over that side, from what friends of mine have been saying. Over here in the East we have had a very dry and quite warm winter and spring, although May wasn't too great.

I'm trying to summon up energy for another bout of digging in the garden. Just one more black coffee...

Choir tonight, so shall have a shower and get the black out of my nails first. there's nothing like singing in a choir for making you notice how appalling your nails get when you garden.

Lovely, sunny and warm here in Manchester. Just back from Slimming World - another pound has bitten the dust. I've changed into my shorts, which are strictly back garden wear, and I intend to spend the day reading outside. I'm meeting friends this evening so all in all a good day. I've just sent up a prayer of thanks that I am no longer working and although I may not have much in the world's terms, I have the freedom to do as I choose. How I used to hate it when we had brilliant weather through the week and than rain at the weekend when I was home from work.

Still helping DD pack to move, how can she have accumulate so much junk stuff in the 18mths since she last moved ?

Doing nothing today except picking up prescription and find something to cook for supper. I get so fed up with having to think of food.

What a difference! Blue sky and uninterrupted sunshine in Northumberland this morning. Washing to do today, still using the launderette as we haven't bought a new washer yet. We are waiting to see if DD gets the house she is hoping to rent, she may need help for the first month!! If so the washing machine will have to wait.

Good morning to you all, it is vey bright again, looks less windy, and I hope it is not as cold (bitterly!) as it was yesterday, because the garden certainly needs a trim. Not a lot else planned, so enjoy your days.

Good morning. It's grey and chilly here in Colchester.
Will be spending some time today sorting out DHs laptop so that we can share it as mine has died. His is quite new but cluttered with unecessary rubbish!
