It is breezy, cool and damp in my corner of Northumberland. We had a barbecue planned for lunchtime but I think we will have it indoors!

All wet and miserable here this morning and I'm trying to work up the enthusiasm to go over to the gym for a bit of rowing, but DH is all bright and breezy and has decided to finish off painting the stairs - which he started several months ago.

Good morning all. Better than we had hoped here so far, with some sun. I am hiding away from my GS who is trotting out every whiny excuse for why he doesn't want to eat his breakfast this morning. Let Grandad deal with it!
