North Leicestershire has already had sunshine and rain so I've no idea what else is in store!

Loads of work to do for the village library this morning as we take over in 5 weeks! . First, I have to take DGD3 to playgroup as her mum has to go on a speed awareness course!

Damp and grey here in Wiltshire. Just wandered down to the greenhouse and the slugs are out in hoards
Off to work soon so will have to do a slug hunt later (yucky)
At least the garden's been well watered, I think we've had about half an inch of rain.

Have only seen the view from bedroom window so I can't tell how much rain we've had. Forecast is for showers, DH has to fit a two hour gardening job in-between those

Good morning. Another grey but bright morning here in Colchester, so who knows? Rain expected later but I have washing to dry first.

We have big family celebrations in July which we have planned as outdoor events- I am now rethinking my outfits to include mac and wellies!

Grey and cloudy here this morning. Hopefully it'll stay dry so DH can cut the grass (no way is it a lawn) and I can do some washing before we go away on Wednesday.

Charity shop this morning. I expect it will be a slow one with all this rain.

It is dullish, mild and no wind. I am just about to have s second cup of coffee, I suspect it is just a way of putting off starting the day's chores.

Raining in Cornwall (we need it). I can go in the polytunnel and put some seeds in for flowers next spring (wallflowers, Canterbury bells and white foxgloves).

Good morning to you all, a little later than usual, had a horrible night's sleep. It is still raining here, but the sky is brightening. I am off to play bowls this evening 6 p.m. start, so I hope the sun does eventually break through, otherwise it will be a little dim at the end of the game (like me!) Lovely days yesterday with our son. Enjoy your days.

Yes good rain here to - the garden has been like dust and the plants were clearly suffering so it is very welcome.

Going to the Dales next week and just looked at the weather and temperature - shall need wet weather gear and spring type clothes - sweaters and long trousers I think!!! Must sort out my walking boots.
