I don't see why we can't have warlocks too. They could fly on jet washers or spades although I'm not sure how they feel about wearing the floaty dresses and pearls

Do we need any men to come along as warlocks or is it an all witch event?

I think I'll be a whippet. Not because they're slim, elegant and graceful, but because we share an ability to lounge around for 99% of the time [make that 100% of the time if there's a] no food around and b]it's raining.

Probably a lot of herbs. We could make a good stew while we are working it out.

I think mine would turn out to be a King Charles Spaniel. I wish I could say something more impressive but no, I have a feeling that's where it would settle.

I loved the "souls" in the Phillip Pullman "His Dark Materials" books. They changed from animal to bird, etc., and back to another animal until you were old enough to have a formed personality and then it settled to the form that most suited you. Do you think, as modern witches, our "familiars" could suit us - not just cats?

Can I join the coven/cult too I will put a purple streak in my hair as I did as a teenager if that helps with my application? I live near The Hell Fire Caves where we could have an occasional seminar if all of you northern witches are happy to zoom down the M1 to the south. You will need to wear your summer weight cloaks as it is pretty warm down here.

I did have a besom broom but it fell apart due to overuse [I get a lot of fallen leaves in my garden]. Time to get a new one, methinks.

I was accused of racism on this forum a few of years ago. What upset me the most about it was that I THOUGHT people knew me well enough to not misinterpret what I'd said, and also the fact that others joined in with the accusation. I was incredibly upset by it .
