As you know I play golf (yawn) and often disastrously. Two weeks ago I was giving up. I felt ill, couldn't hit the ball, couldn't find the hole. Yesterday I scored my personal best of 36 Stableford points which is pretty good so I'm chuffed. I don't know where that places me in the competition as my golf club is often tardy about publishing results (someone has probably pinched the abacus) but there you go perseverance pays. grin

Well done Teetime, that will more than make up for the very rude woman who called you rotund.

You are amazing just hitting the ball at all. I am even useless at Crazy Golf. Must be a nice game to play if you can do it.

Well done. smile

It took me at least a year to get the ball of the ground but its a great feeling when it lifts over the trees.

Brilliant Teetime! I had golf lessons years ago and I think we were all relieved when I gave up!
